GSA's Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) should be your first point of contact for information on how to do business or obtain a contract with the federal government. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region's OSDBU serves small businesses in Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming, OSDBU representatives provide:
