State and Local Governments
Who can buy from Schedule?
Commercial products and services are available for purchase by state and local governments, including tribal governments and educational institutions defined under 40 U.S.C. § 502(c). Please visit each program page to see if you are eligible to purchase.
If you have a question about eligibility, please visit the GSA eligibility determinations page for more information. If needed, GSA will issue a formal determination on behalf of the requesting entity that clearly outlines access to GSA sources of supply.
