GSA announces public sale by auction of a former Atterbury Job Corps Parcel in Edinburgh, Indiana

BOSTON – The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is offering for sale by public auction a former Atterbury Job Corps Parcel in Edinburgh, Indiana. GSA is leading the way to reduce government spend and close the deficit in service of the American taxpayer.

Property Details:

This sale includes:

  • +/- 90.97 acres of land located at the corner of Old Hospital Road and Schoolhouse Road in Johnson County, Indiana.
  • The property is improved with eight buildings and one structure.
  • These improvements total 62,840 gross square feet and are situated on 65.0 developed acres.
  • The remaining 25.97 acres on the west side of the property are forested.

The condition of the property is not warranted. 

Auction Details:

  • The auction opened on March 10, 2025, at 2 p.m. CT (3 p.m. ET)
  • Interested bidders are required to register in advance and submit a $20,000 registration deposit.
  • The starting bid is $100,000
  • Bid increments are $10,000
  • Site inspections will be offered to registered bidders by appointment only.
