Small business goals ensure small businesses have the maximum practicable opportunity to provide goods and services to the federal government. Each agency has individual prime contracting and subcontracting small business goals. Agency goals may differ from governmentwide goals. The U.S. Small Business Administration publishes agency contracting goals.
