Contact: tanya.schusler@gsa.gov

CHICAGO For the first time, the LGBTQ+ Progressive Pride flag will be flown from the flagpole at the Chicago Federal Center for the month of June.

At the request of the U.S. General Services Administration’s LGBT+ & Allies Employee Association, GSA will fly the Progressive Pride flag in observance of LGBTQ+ Pride Month.

“We’re grateful for our employees and appreciate everything that makes them diverse and unique,” said Robert Green, acting GSA Public Buildings Service regional commissioner. “It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to fly the Pride flag and demonstrate our commitment to and support of our LGBTQ+ staff and community.”
