GSA to host public scoping meeting for the Bridge of the Americas Land Port of Entry Modernization
EL PASO, TEXAS ㅡ The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) will host a public scoping meeting for the modernization project at the the Bridge of the Americas Land Port of Entry in El Paso, Texas. This meeting will provide project information and solicit public input to help with the scope of the Environmental Impact Statement which will analyze potential environmental impacts of the project alternatives that are limited to modernizing and upgrading the facilities.
What: National Environmental Policy Act Public Scoping Meeting
When: Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2023
6 pm to 8 pm CST / 5 pm to 7 pm MST
Where: Hilos De Plata Senior Center
4451 Delta Drive
El Paso, Texas
The meeting will include a presentation followed by breakout stations regarding the project. Those not able to attend in person may submit comments via e-mail to BOTA.NEPAcomments@gsa.gov. Written comments regarding the Dec. 13, 2023, scoping meeting must be received by Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2024, in order to be considered during preparation of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement.
All written or verbal comments will be treated with equal importance.
