GSA to Host Data Center Optimization Technology Resource Summit on November 20
The Data Center Optimization Initiative (DCOI) Program Management Office (PMO), in partnership with the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center (ATARC), is hosting the DCOI Technology Resource Summit on Nov. 20, 2017, at GSA Headquarters in downtown Washington.
Focusing on the renewed enthusiasm for modernizing federal IT, GSA’s Office of Government-wide Policy is proud to host government IT, procurement and data center professionals at this event. The goal of the summit, which features a fireside chat with Margie Graves, Acting Federal Chief Information Officer, is to share the latest industry information while encouraging government involvement in data center optimization, closure and cloud adoption.
The summit also includes panel discussions from industry leaders on a variety of data center, DCOI, data center infrastructure management and IT modernization topics. Additionally, attendees can view product and service demos from industry vendors, and participate in hands-on problem solving.
Speakers for the summit were selected based on their experiences implementing data center optimization and fostering IT modernization efforts. These experts will offer collaborative, interactive and engaging insights aimed at providing implementable solutions for a variety of topics. And, to promote hands-on problem solving, sprint consultations will also be offered with participating vendors.
Come spend the day with your industry and federal peers to learn about DCOI solutions and make progress toward your agency’s data center optimization goals.
