Every day, GSA employees are making a difference by working together to advance our agency’s mission to deliver value and savings in real estate, acquisition, technology, and other mission-support services across the government.

This week, the spotlight turns to these dedicated and talented men and women who serve our nation as federal, state, county, and local government employees are celebrated for Public Service Recognition Week (PSRW). Each year during the first week in May, the nation celebrates and shares its appreciation for all these men and women do.

As part of PSRW and for the next few months, GSA will highlight individual employees from across the county. The People of GSA Series will highlight individuals from our mission-ready workforce and you’ll be able to find these profiles on our gsa.gov career pages. Every one of our employees plays an important role in GSA’s success.

Through their hard work, commitment, and passion, the men and women of GSA embody the ideas of public service. They are at the forefront of making impactful changes in communities across the country. They’re the heart and soul of GSA.

GSA is the best place to work in the federal government. I am humbled by the intelligence, creativity and passion I see in our workforce every day. I am honored to serve the GSA workforce and want to publicly acknowledge the entire GSA workforce during Public Service Recognition Week. I look forward to supporting GSA’s efforts to make government work better for everyone and helping shape the future of federal service!
