SUBJECT:  Delegations of Authority Manual (FAS)  (Full PDF Format)

1.  Purpose.  This directive issues Chapter 4, Part 2 of the GSA Delegations of Authority Manual.

2.  Cancellations.  None.

3.  Nature of revisions.  The GSA Delegations of Authority Manual is revised to re-delegate certain authorities previously contained in ADM P 5450.39D that were delegated by the Administrator to the Commissioner, Federal Acquisition Service (FAS).

4.  Contents.  The GSA Delegations of Authority Manual contains the official approved FAS internal re-delegations of authority from the Commissioner, FAS.
