GSA DELEGATIONS OF AUTHORITY

SUBJECT:  Delegations of Authority Manual, Chapter 8, Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) (Full PDF Format)

1.  Purpose. This Order updates and revises Chapter 8, Part 1 of ADM 5450.39D, GSA Delegations of Authority Manual.

2.  Cancellation. This supersedes ADM 5450.39D, CHGE 7 signed February 6, 2017.

3.  Nature of revision. This directive updates the GSA Delegations of Authority Manual to allow a re-delegation of the authority to waive claims for erroneous payments and to insert the authority to waive collection of interest, penalties, and administrative costs.

4.  Delegation of authority. I hereby delegate the authorities contained in Chapter 8, Part 1 of the GSA Delegations of Authority Manual to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
