GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) in the National Capital Region (NCR) serves a large community of federal and military clients. NCR Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) has the technical expertise to develop acquisition solutions for requirements in IT and professional services.
The procurement tool kit includes all GSA contract vehicles, including the Alliant Government wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), Alliant Small Business GWAC, and the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS). These comprehensive full-service solutions can support government missions for short-term or long-term projects. The working relationship between the NCR and client agencies is formalized through an Interagency Agreement, which meets Office of Management and Budget guidelines and establishes service level expectations, task scheduling and funding.
