The Tenant Satisfaction Survey is here!

Each year, employees in federally owned and leased buildings provide feedback on their physical space via the Tenant Satisfaction Survey. We administer the survey on behalf of all federal landholding agencies. The strategies taken in response to the TSS results vary by agency. For example, at our agency, facility managers, and lease administration managers use TSS data to help identify areas needing improvement and prioritize projects to address feedback.

The 2024 TSS survey launched Nov. 5. Federal employees will receive an email from Federal Tenant Satisfaction Survey TSScustomerservice@research.gsa.gov that will provide individual survey links.
