PVA for Request for Lease Proposals prior to October 2022 [XLSX - 52 KB]
PVA for Request for Lease Proposals in October 2022 or Later with BSAC Overhead Fees [XLSX - 55 KB]
Both workbooks include inputs for overtime heating, ventilating, and air conditioning rates, stepped rental rates, free rent, offerors’ overhead fees, broker commission credit, and lump sum payments. Note that the workbook, “PVA for Request for Lease Proposals prior to October 2022.xlsx,” allows for evaluation of the overhead fees against the Tenant Improvements. The second workbook, “PVA for Request for Lease Proposals in October 2022 or Later with BSAC Overhead Fees.xlsx,” allows for evaluation of the overhead fees against the Building Specific Amortized Capital, in addition to the Tenant Improvements.
