ETS PMO services
Who are we?
The GSA E-Gov Travel Service (ETS) PMO consists of a team of professionals dedicated to managing all facets of the ETS Program. Located at GSA Headquarters in Washington, D.C., we serve agencies across the entire federal government.
What services do we provide?
The ETS PMO provides comprehensive subject-matter expertise to assist federal customer agencies currently using the ETS2 contract. Our services include acquisition support, vendor management, account management, and Information Technology (IT) security.
Acquisition support:
GSA’s acquisition support services include consultations between GSA Contracting Officers and agency Contracting Officers and staff. The consultations often include advising on Fair Opportunity requirements, and Request for Quote (RFQ) & Statement of Work (SOW) development. GSA can also provide a comprehensive analysis of agency draft RFQs & SOWs.
Vendor management:
We work on behalf of federal agency customers to provide vendor oversight, facilitate program changes, and ensure agency operational needs are being met. Our vendor management team partners with the ETS vendors, so that agencies achieve their travel program goals and that our vendors are successful.
Account management:
An ETS PMO Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) is available to each federal agency customer to provide support and guidance as it utilizes the ETS services. The CRM serves as the key point of contact between the ETS PMO and agency personnel.
Security:
The ETS PMO Information System Security Officer (ISSO) works with our federal agency customers to ensure the appropriate confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, including Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and secure credit card transaction processing and handling. The ISSO manages the Authority to Operate (ATO) lifecycle including the quarterly Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) as required by GSA, Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and other various rules, regulations, and standards such as the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-53, Revision 5.
Not using ETS services?
We strongly encourage agencies currently not utilizing ETS services to contact GSA. We look forward to meeting with you to discuss how the ETS Program could benefit your agency.
