The Property is specifically located in the Signal Rock Acres Neighborhood of North Kingstown, which is a low-density single-family neighborhood in the town. The property is surrounded by a town park to the North, residential streets to the East and South, and a privately-owned undeveloped property to the West.
The town of North Kingstown is located in Washington County on Narragansett Bay and is about twenty miles south of Providence, RI. It is also considered a commuter town to Boston, MA with access to the MBTA Commuter Rail, Wickford Junction line, which goes to Boston’s South Station.
