GSA to Auction Prime Puerto Rico Property - Plaza de Claudio Caguas in Caguas
BOSTON – Today, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announced it is selling the Plaza de Claudio Caguas in Puerto Rico by online auction. Also known as the former U.S. Army Reserve Center MSG Dionosio Claudio Caguas, the property is located in a prime commercial district on a corner lot next to the Villa Turabo development in the Municipality of Caguas and offers an exceptional opportunity for potential buyers.

Located at 1 Pino Street, this prime property consists of approximately three acres of land with easy access to major roads. It is a short distance to PR Highway 52, offering direct access to San Juan and borders PR Highway 1, PR-172 and Calle San Carlos. The location is surrounded by various shopping centers and restaurants. There are two buildings on site, one with 17,441 square feet and the other with 7,312 square feet, as well as surface parking and utility infrastructure.
Auction Details:
● The auction opened on June 10, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. CT (10 a.m. ET)
● Interested bidders are required to register in advance and submit a $50,000 registration deposit.
● Bidding starts at $250,000.
● Bid increments are $10,000.
● Only registered bidders will be offered an opportunity to inspect the property.
● Inspection dates will be posted on the auction website.
