Bidding now open on former FAA property in High Point

ATLANTA—The U.S. General Services Administration announces a public online auction sale of a former Federal Aviation Administration property in High Point, North Carolina.

Located in High Point’s Hampton Park community, the approximately 1.4 acre property consists of four residentially zoned parcels for sale individually:

Each parcel is subject to the declaration, articles of incorporation and bylaws of the Hampton Park Homeowners Association of High Point, North Carolina.

The online auction is part of GSA’s ongoing efforts to dispose of excess properties saving taxpayer dollars and making more efficient use of the government’s real estate assets. For more information on GSA’s online auctions of federally owned property, visit https://realestatesales.gov

“Through this public auction, GSA is helping find a better use for properties no longer needed by the federal government,” said GSA Regional Commissioner Kevin Kerns. “By auctioning this property, GSA will reduce the federal footprint, generate revenue and future savings for the government, and create a new economic development opportunity for the High Point community.”

For additional information about the property or how to submit a bid, contact Leigh Thompson at 404-562-2587 or via email at leigh.thompson@gsa.gov.
