This property is a great example of GSA’s efforts to shed excess inventory and make these properties available for investment,” stated Kevin Kerns, Regional Commissioner for GSA’s Southeast Sunbelt. “Winter Haven has plenty of potential and we’re excited to work with prospective bidders on selling this property.”

Winter Haven is located in Polk County in central Florida situated between Tampa and Orlando, and is called the “Chain of Lakes City”.
