GSA auctioning off property at Maison Grande Condominium in Miami

ATLANTA — The U.S. General Services Administration is pleased to announce the public online sale of a condominium unit at the Maison Grande Condominium in Miami, Florida. The opening bid starts at $275,000.

Situated just a few steps from the beach and a short drive to South Beach, the Maison Grande condominium complex is located at 6039 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida 33140. The condominium unit available for auction is located on the 15th floor (Unit #1515) and was constructed in 1971. The condominium is currently configured as a one bedroom, two bathroom unit with approximately 1,206 square feet of space. The Maison Grande complex offers covered parking, fitness center, a swimming pool (currently under renovation), beachfront grilling area and twenty-four hour security.

The Property is in the area located between Normandy Drive on the north, West 41st Street on the south, the Atlantic Ocean on the east and Biscayne Bay on the west.
