What do you look forward to most about this new position?
I look forward to continuing to work with our center, senior leadership, and other stakeholders building and maintaining value-add solutions for our customers. We have a great team with amazing amounts of knowledge in their respective areas. Working with leadership to help direct the overall strategy of the center to utilize the abilities of our team to deliver these solutions is going to be very exciting!
How do you think your previous experience has prepared you for the new role?
I got the opportunity to oversee a branch within the center in my previous role. Working with the extremely talented team members in my branch, and helping to coordinate our efforts with other areas to meet and exceed the goals of the center, and the organization as a whole has helped me to gain perspective on the things that can be accomplished through effective collaboration.
