Front Street Temporarily Closed for GSA Construction Project

Vehicle and pedestrian traffic will detour on November 16

SAN DIEGO – The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) will temporarily close all lanes of Front Street between Broadway and F Street to remove scaffolding on the exterior façade of the Edward J. Schwartz Federal Office Building (Schwartz FOB) on November 16, 2019. The work will occur above vehicle lanes which pass beneath a portion of the building on Front Street. Travelers are advised to plan ahead for potential delays, monitor media traffic reports and adhere to posted signage.
