GSA, CBP Open 10 Northbound Vehicle Lanes at Calexico West Land Port of Entry

Phase 1 reconfiguration and expansion project nearing completion

CALEXICO, Calif. — The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security - Customs and Border Protection (CBP) are opening 10 new northbound privately owned vehicle lanes at the Calexico West Land Port of Entry (LPOE) beginning September 11, 2018, at 8:00 a.m. As of that date, the existing vehicle-processing lanes will close. GSA and CBP announce the following change for northbound vehicle traffic at the port: 

Northbound Private Operated Vehicle Lanes

What: GSA and CBP are opening 10 new northbound vehicle-processing lanes at the Calexico West LPOE. Northbound vehicles will flow into the 10 processing lanes for CBP operations after leaving Mexico.

Where: Calexico West LPOE, at intersection of West Second Street and Cesar Chavez Boulevard, Calexico, CA, 92231.

When: Tuesday, September 11, 2018, 8:00 a.m.
