Charles S. Manger Appointed Associate Administrator of GSA’s Office of Small Business Utilization
Washington, D.C.—The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) announces Charles S. Manger as Associate Administrator of Small Business Utilization. As an appointee of President Donald J. Trump, Manger will oversee GSA’s efforts to promote the use of small business categories within the federal acquisition process.
Manger comes to GSA after a distinguished career as a financial advisor at JP Morgan, and most recently, at UBS Financial, where he managed multiple billion dollar portfolios.
Manger earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Lawrence University.
