GSA Partners with Docusign to Deliver Price Reductions for Docusign Government Contract Efficiency Tools
Latest OneGov agreement offers tools that boost productivity to federal government workforce while delivering savings to taxpayers
WASHINGTON — Today, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and Docusign announced a OneGov agreement to offer federal agencies a 70% discount on Docusign eSignature plans and a 50% discount on Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) plans. Both discounts are available through January 31, 2027.
“I am proud to announce this government-wide agreement between GSA and Docusign to streamline digital document execution and process automation across federal agencies,” said GSA Deputy Administrator Stephen Ehikian. “This agreement will accelerate the Trump Administration’s priorities of improving citizen services, reducing costs, and modernizing government technology through secure cloud-based solutions.”
“We appreciate Docusign’s collaboration with GSA to offer our federal workforce tools that will streamline government processes while delivering the best value to taxpayers,” said Federal Acquisition Service Commissioner Josh Gruenbaum. “GSA’s OneGov is driving efficiency in operations and delivering significant savings for taxpayers.”
GSA’s OneGov initiative is the cornerstone of the Trump Administration’s drive to consolidate federal procurement for common goods and services and provides critical tools to federal employees at discounted pricing. Docusign is the latest addition to a growing list of companies that have entered into OneGov agreements with GSA.
“We are honored to support the GSA on their mission to modernize and strengthen its ability to service Americans,” said Allan Thygesen, CEO of Docusign. “Agreements are the backbone of government operations, and with Docusign’s FedRAMP-authorized & IL4 eSignature product, we can help empower agencies to streamline critical processes and deliver results faster, more efficiently, and with greater security.”
Docusign eSignature is a cloud-based service that allows users to electronically sign and manage agreements, contracts, and other documents. Docusign’s IAM cloud software plans help organizations streamline and automate the entire agreement process, from creation to management, to unlock valuable data trapped in traditional agreement files. These tools boost procurement technology infrastructure, resulting in faster vendor onboarding, less paper-based processes, better vendor management, and more data-driven decision-making.
This agreement aligns with OneGov’s broader shift toward OEM-direct engagement, transparency in pricing, and accelerated digital transformation.
