FDA Muirkirk Road Campus MP EIS

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act, the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has filed with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and made available to other government and private entities a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for a Master Plan for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Muirkirk Road Campus (MRC), located in Prince George’s County, Maryland. As part of this Draft EIS, GSA is also inviting comments on historic preservation concerns under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, 54 U.S.C. 306108 et seq. The Master Plan will provide FDA with a structured framework for developing the MRC over the next 20 years.
