The Public Buildings Service (PBS) manages over 33.9 million rentable square feet in approximately 733 government-owned buildings and leased regional facilities. The Mid-Atlantic Federal Acquisition Service serves a geographic federal market that spends over $4 billion per year via GSA contracts for products, services, and solutions. Based in Philadelphia, the Mid-Atlantic Region provides services throughout Delaware, Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, West Virginia, and much of Maryland and Virginia. Additionally FAS provides customer service and assisted acquisition support to mainly DoD and State Department entities in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The Integrated Workplace Acquisition Center provides contract solutions for furniture, furnishings and office equipment worldwide.
