GSA Administrative Grievance Procedures

Purpose

This Order issues and transmits the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Administrative Grievance policy. This policy provides procedures for the fair, efficient and orderly filing, processing, review, and disposition of employment-related and workplace grievances.   

Background

This Order is issued pursuant to Title 5, “Administrative Personnel Chapter I. OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT, Subchapter B. Civil Service Regulations. Part 771. AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE GRIEVANCE SYSTEM.”
