Exchange Sale and Agency Reimbursement 101 (Virtual, 11/19/25)

Learn about how agencies can recoup proceeds from sales of Government Personal Property and use those funds to reduce the cost of procuring replacement property.

This training will provide you with information about what Exchange/Sale Property means, how you can report it into PPMS.gov, how you can obtain your money as a result of the sale, how much time you have to use the money acquired, and explore the process where agencies are reimbursed by finance for property sold by GSA. It discusses the various types of reimbursable sales, details what information is needed for proper and timely reimbursement, and outlines the process of reimbursement from cradle to grave.

The FREE training will be held on Tuesday November 19th from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM EASTERN TIME.

Registered participants will receive two (2) Continuous Learning Points (CLP) for attending.

Open to Federal Employees, Military Personnel, DoD Civilian Employees, Federal Agency Contractors, and Federally-sponsored Non-Federal Recipients.

Be sure and save your registration confirmation email after registering. It will contain your personal login link that must be used to join the meeting and ensure timely CLP issuance.
