You can save time and simplify the process for completing minor projects and acquiring services in GSA-managed property when you use our micro-purchase delegation of authority.
Heads of Executive Agencies and the judiciary may directly procure projects and services in GSA-managed property when:
- The cost of the work is at or below the micro-purchase threshold.
- You have received our facility manager’s written approval. If you are in leased space, you need written approval from our lease administration manager or lease contracting officer.
- The head of your agency has transferred authority to you.
