What is DCSD?
GSA’s Direct Client Support Division (DCSD) provides an increased level of support for large, strategic clients conducting direct-buy activities against GSA contract vehicles. DCSD embeds GSA employees at client locations to assist with the execution of GSA solutions enabling the Division to provide a unique specialized customer experience.
