Awarded markets
City Pair awarded 16,601 markets in fiscal year 2026, with 12,293 of those as Domestic and 4,308 as International. These awards represent 92% of all trips flown by government travelers completing their missions. 3,114 markets were awarded with non-stop service.
12,743 of all markets have two discounted coach fares. This provides flexibility for immediate travel and deeply discounted fares for booking flights early. The YCA provides last seat availability up until the plane is sold out and the _CA fare offers a deeply discounted offering based on supply and demand of a flight.
Savings
The GSA City Pair Program will continue to save taxpayers an estimated $1.89 billion in fiscal year 2026. City Pair fares benchmark 49.1% lower than commercial like fares with no exchange fees, fully refundable, last seat availability, and no blackout dates.
City Pair benchmarks lower than corporate airfare in these common routes traveled by the federal government.
