Macquarie Building
100 S Independence Mall W | Philadelphia, PA 19106
The Macquarie Building, located in Philadelphia, PA, serves as one of our dynamic coworking sites. Here, you’ll find a vibrant atmosphere designed for collaboration, offering access to an expansive, shared workspace tailored to foster creativity and productivity during your coworking journey.
Open workspace means shared workspace. Please be mindful of those around you. Make sure to limit the volume of your voice and sensitive phone calls by taking these in an enclosed meeting space.
Shared workspace also means being mindful of basic security protocol.
It’s a general best practice to lock or secure your government devices when leaving the workstation, even for a short time.
Workstations are to be cleared daily.
Any items left behind are collected at the end of the day and can be picked up in Room 415. Please wipe down the workstation at the end of the day.
Conference room reservations:
The Penn’s conference room, which seats four, is available for reservations through Tango, under collaborative space.
Privacy Rooms (Room 423)
There are two privacy rooms available on the fourth floor. These rooms are used for when privacy is needed for medical, maternal and other similar usage. Keys can be obtained from WPS (Room 415).
Please be sure to lock the room during usage.
The rooms share a vestibule equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, lockers, and drying rack. Each room offers a chair with tablet arm and ottoman, as well as easily accessible power.
Parking prices are subject to change.
