We use Project Pulse Surveys up to three times during a project to evaluate our performance and identify best practices and areas for improvement. We send you a link to the survey for all reimbursable work authorization projects or leasing space projects, regardless of size. It only takes a few minutes to complete.

What we ask you about
The surveys vary, but generally we want to evaluate:
- Overall satisfaction
- Communication and transparency
- Clarity on the point of contact
- Satisfaction of requirements
- Cost and budget
- Schedule
- Quality of work
Who we want to respond
We send the survey to the customer agency point of contact on the RWA or the occupancy agreement for a lease project. While we think this person is best suited to respond, you can forward the survey to someone else.
How we use the responses
We aggregate and evaluate responses to identify trends, best practices, and areas of improvement at the regional and national levels. Survey data has helped us examine the root cause of common challenges and obstacles, which we can address and alleviate by process change, greater collaboration, or enhanced training and outreach.
We also share survey results with customer agencies, which allows them to review the outcomes of successful partnering efforts and highlight areas for focused improvement,
