There are three easy steps to change your name:
If you are changing your name due to a Qualifying Life Event (QLE) such as marriage or divorce,
you can change your benefits by clicking the Life Events tile in HR Links.
Need to update your beneficiaries? Visit InSite for details on how to make those changes.
Questions about QLEs or your benefits? Contact your Benefits and Retirement Specialist.
From the HR Links homepage, select the Employee Personal Info tile and then View/Update Personal Info link.
From the Personal Information page, select the pencil icon next to your current name in the system.
Enter the Effective Date of your name change.
Enter your new legal name using the First Name, Last Name, and Middle fields.
Select Add Attachment to attach proof of your name change.
Select the type of attachment you’re uploading from the dropdown.
Select Add Attachment.
Select Click here to upload file to locate the file you are uploading, then select Upload.
The name of your attachment is displayed in the Attachments window.
Confirm that you’ve attached proof of your name change. Select Submit.
The page will refresh with the Approval status set to Pending.
Once your name has been updated in HR Links, initiate a request for a new GSA access card by emailing hspd12.security@gsa.gov. In the email, include:

Rates are available between 10/1/2022 and 09/30/2025.
The End Date of your trip can not occur before the Start Date.
Traveler reimbursement is based on the location of the work activities and not the accommodations, unless lodging is not available at the work activity, then the agency may authorize the rate where lodging is obtained.
Unless otherwise specified, the per diem locality is defined as "all locations within, or entirely surrounded by, the corporate limits of the key city, including independent entities located within those boundaries."
Per diem localities with county definitions shall include"all locations within, or entirely surrounded by, the corporate limits of the key city as well as the boundaries of the listed counties, including independent entities located within the boundaries of the key city and the listed counties (unless otherwise listed separately)."
When a military installation or Government - related facility(whether or not specifically named) is located partially within more than one city or county boundary, the applicable per diem rate for the entire installation or facility is the higher of the rates which apply to the cities and / or counties, even though part(s) of such activities may be located outside the defined per diem locality.
