OASIS+ Enters Phase II, Re-opening Solicitations (Continuously) on or about January 12, 2026 with Thirteen Domains
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is expanding the service offerings of the OASIS+ Best-in-Class (BIC) contract program. On or about January 12, 2026, all six OASIS+ solicitations will re-open for proposal submissions to launch Phase II of the program.
