Reporting
Federal agencies must regularly submit reports to GSA. These reports include:
- The Nonfederal Recipients Report
- The Exchange/Sale Report, and
- The Negotiated Sales Report
We may also request other reports on a one-time basis.
Non-Federal Recipients Report
This annual report lists all personal property that an agency has given to a nonfederal recipient in the previous fiscal year. Include excess computers and peripheral equipment the agency transferred directly to schools and educational nonprofits under Executive Order 12999, Educational Technology: Ensuring Opportunity for All Children in the Next Century (41 CFR 102-36.475).
Find specific requirements in 41 CFR 102-36.295, 41 CFR 102-36.300, and FMR Bulletin B-51 [PDF - 468 KB], Annual Executive Agency Reports on Exchange/Sale and Personal Property Furnished to Non-Federal Recipients. Negative reports are required. Send in reports 90 days after the end of the fiscal year.
Exchange/Sale Report
This annual report lists all exchange/sale transactions that an agency conducted in the previous fiscal year. Find specific requirements in 41 CFR 102-39.85 and in FMR Bulletin B-51 [PDF - 468 KB], Annual Executive Agency Reports on Exchange/Sale and Personal Property Furnished to Nonfederal Recipients. Negative reports are required. Send in reports 90 days after the end of the fiscal year.
Negotiated Sales Report
This annual report lists all personal property an agency sold through a negotiated sale in the previous fiscal year. Find specific requirements in 41 CFR 102-38.115. Reports are due 60 days after the end of the fiscal year.
