We are committed to maintaining an environment in which small businesses like yours are free to raise questions or concerns, or to complain about our actions or policies. Under the Small Business Regulatory Enforcement Fairness Act, the Office of the National Ombudsman at the SBA has asked all federal agencies to clearly state that small businesses are protected from retaliation. The Act helps ensure that we provide a way for small businesses to comment on regulatory enforcement and compliance activity. It also requires that we post a small entity compliance guide.
What this means for you
- You can raise questions, concerns, or complain about our policies, regulatory enforcement, or compliance activity without fear of retaliation.
- We may not retaliate in any way against you for raising questions, concerns, or complaints about our actions or policies.
- We must act professionally and respond appropriately to your concerns.
