The GSA has moved its regional office to downtown Tacoma, Washington. The move became effective February 2022.
GSA's Northwest/Arctic Region serves government agencies who represent more than 94,000 federal workers in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. With offices in 15 cities, we deliver services, innovation, and value to civilian and military agencies anywhere around the world or right next door. We work in design, real estate management, information technology, fleet, credit cards, travel services, supplies and services, and real and personal property disposal. Our region's workforce is committed to deliver the best customer experience and value in real estate, acquisition, and technology services to the government and the American people.
The Region's Public Buildings Service (PBS) is responsible for managing a portfolio of 15 million square feet of space in 496 owned and leased buildings. The regional Federal Acquisition Services (FAS) staff supports federal agencies around the Northwest and nationwide with their acquisition needs and end-to-end telecommunication services requirements. FAS also helps agencies sell surplus federal property and manage their fleet services. The Region is also home to a large contingent of FAS' Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories staff, responsible for strategic leadership, oversight, and management of GSA's professional services, human capital services, and charge card management programs and contracts.
These web pages provide information and GSA contacts for our regional offerings and services. Thank you for your interest in GSA's Northwest/Arctic Region. Our regional team appreciates the opportunity to work with you in the best interest of the federal government and the American people.
