GSA Administrator, Senior White House Climate Advisor to Join Colorado Elected Officials for a Press Event at the Denver Federal Center
LAKEWOOD, Colo. ㅡ On Wednesday, April 13, 2022, Administrator Robin Carnahan of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and White House Climate Advisor Gina McCarthy will join Colorado elected officials, including Governor Jared Polis, Congressman Ed Perlmutter, Congressman Joe Neguse, and Lakewood Mayor Adam Paul, for a tour of the Denver Federal Center (DFC) and press conference to promote the Biden-Harris Administration’s efforts to tackle the climate crisis while creating good paying jobs and catalyzing American innovation.
The event will also showcase the administration’s leadership in decarbonizing the federal footprint and making federal buildings more energy efficient while saving taxpayer dollars, creating clean energy jobs, and strengthening American leadership and competitiveness.

Media interested in participating in the tour should arrive no later than 9:00 a.m MDT. If members of the media only want to attend the press conference, please arrive at 10:00 a.m. MDT.
Attending media should enter the DFC at Gate 1 located at Kipling St. and W. Alameda Ave. Please have press credentials and valid government issued identification available to enter the gate. Also, be prepared to show proof of insurance for your vehicle. Plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow for time to get through gate security
