Multiple Award Schedule’s IT Category, known as MAS IT, offers:
Ceiling: negotiated between commercial suppliers and the federal government at contract level
Contract type: fixed price with an economic price adjustment Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract
Eligible users: Federal, state, local, and tribal agencies
Ordering period: continuous; contract periods begin on the Date of Award and expire in five years (exclusive of any options)

Task order types: firm-fixed price, time and material, or labor hour
State, local, territorial, and tribal governments may be able to purchase through Cooperative Purchasing and Disaster Purchasing Programs.
MAS offerings are represented by Special Item Numbers, or SINs. You can combine SINs to meet your requirements, and may have the option to set-aside the requirement for one or more socio-economic categories.
