Josh Gruenbaum
Josh Gruenbaum has been appointed as Commissioner of the Federal Acquisition Service, or FAS. With extensive experience at leading firms KKR & Co. and Moelis & Co., he has specialized in complex restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate turnarounds, governance, and investing. His strong financial expertise and broad business acumen will provide essential leadership to FAS, ensuring alignment with the President’s vision for government efficiency. Josh has served on numerous boards across various industries, demonstrating a deep understanding of organizational strategy and governance. He holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law and an M.B.A. from NYU Stern School of Business, and is admitted to the New York State Bar. Additionally, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College. With this robust background, Josh brings a disciplined and strategic perspective to FAS that will enhance its operations and mission.
