This guide walks you though the My Service Card tile. In HR Links a summary of all your HR data is accessible via the My Service Card tile.
From the HR Links homepage, select the My Service Card tile.
From the My Service Card tile, select the Professional tab. The Position information section is at the top left.
From the My Service Card tile, select the Professional tab and scroll down to the Within-grade increase data section.
From the My Service Card tile, select the Professional tab and scroll down to to the Service computation dates section.
From the My Service Card tile, select the Professional tab and scroll right to the Not to Exceed Dates section.
From the My Service Card tile, select the Professional tab and scroll right to the Tenure/probation dates section.
From the My Service Card tile, select the Professional tab and scroll over to the Financial disclosure requirement section.
From the My Service Card tile, select the Professional tab and over to the Performance evaluation section.

If you need to update any information on this page, select Update information and it will take you to the Personal Information tile were you can change information as needed. User guides for the different sections can be found on the Self Service page.
From the HR Links homepage, click the Service Card tile. Select the Benefits tab. You’ll see a summary of your benefits, including your Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) plan, Federal Employees Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) election, retirement plan, and Thrift Savings Plan (TSP) contributions.
From the My Service Card tile, select the Time & Leave tab. You will be able to see your base schedule type and your work schedule. If you want to see your current leave status, select the Leave Balance Link . Access the appropriate time and leave user guide if you need additional support.
All data displayed on the Service Card is view-only (although there is information on how to update certain items via self-service links). Routinely validate your information on your Service Card and reach out to gsacabs@gsa.gov if you have any questions or notice any incorrect information.

The End Date of your trip can not occur before the Start Date.
Traveler reimbursement is based on the location of the work activities and not the accommodations, unless lodging is not available at the work activity, then the agency may authorize the rate where lodging is obtained.
Unless otherwise specified, the per diem locality is defined as "all locations within, or entirely surrounded by, the corporate limits of the key city, including independent entities located within those boundaries."
Per diem localities with county definitions shall include"all locations within, or entirely surrounded by, the corporate limits of the key city as well as the boundaries of the listed counties, including independent entities located within the boundaries of the key city and the listed counties (unless otherwise listed separately)."
When a military installation or Government - related facility(whether or not specifically named) is located partially within more than one city or county boundary, the applicable per diem rate for the entire installation or facility is the higher of the rates which apply to the cities and / or counties, even though part(s) of such activities may be located outside the defined per diem locality.
