  • Assisted Acquisition (AAS)

  • Technology Transformation Services (TTS Solutions)  

    TTS Solutions are focused on the citizen experience with government digital services and are committed to improving the public’s interaction with government through technology.

    This portfolio includes programs such as 10x,  the Centers of Excellence, Cloud.gov, Code.gov,  Data.gov, Digital.gov, FedRAMP, Login.gov, Search.gov, Touchpoints, the US Web Design System, and more.

  • Centers of Excellence (CoE)

    The COE initiative accelerates IT modernization at federal agencies by leveraging private sector innovation and government services while centralizing best practices and expertise for holistic transformation.

    The COE include Centers that organize around Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Adoption, Contact Center, Customer Experience, Data and Analytics, Infrastructure Optimization.

  • Electronic Records Management

    Electronic Records Management Solutions provide a comprehensive capability to solve the complex challenges posed by the movement, manipulation, archiving, security, and management of electronic records. We continuously work with NARA and buyers to build the Universal Electronic Records Management Requirements used to solicit solutions that will fit agency-specific records management needs.

  • Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions

    One of the government’s top priorities for telecommunications is the transition of services from the expired Networx, WITS 3, and Local Telecommunications Services contracts to the upcoming Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions contracts.

  • Federal Acquisition Institute

    FAI opens a new era of talent mobility for civilian and defense agency contracting workers and maximizes flexibility in hiring qualified contracting professionals for civilian, military, and fourth estate agencies.

  • Folio

    Folio is a web-based solution that federal agencies use to support their internal Portfolio Management, IT Capital Planning, and IT Governance processes to meet external reporting requirements to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

  • G-Invoicing

    G-Invoicing is a solution to address accounting and reporting challenges around buy and sell transactions by providing a common platform for inter-governmental transactions.

  • Fleet

    You can use GSA Fleet to lease a wide variety of vehicle and fuel types for your agency. Fleet Management Services include: 

    • Vehicle acquisition and disposal. 
    • Maintenance control and accident management. 
    • Loss prevention and fuel services. 
    • A fleet management system with detailed and accurate data.
  • Commissions and Boards

    We support Commissions and Boards through access to a suite of services including human resource management, payroll and financial management, background investigations, IT, realty services, and other administrative support services.

  • Financial Management

    GSA’s Pegasys Financial Services (PFS) External Services Branch (ESB) provides a Momentum-based core financial system and financial transactional processing services. Financial Management Operations/Support Services (transaction processing and platform services) are offered to small Boards and Commissions.  Also, to expand the use of the Multi-tenant Shared Application and drive down costs for all customers, GSA offers financial platform services only to any customer.

Through FAR Part 10 compliant Requests for Information, sources sought, industry days, and advanced product research, MRAS collects data to help customers understand where their need fits within the GSA governmentwide marketplace.

    A cross-service provider of payroll services for over 35 years. It provides a full range of payroll services for over 18,600 employees, which includes our agency and more than 30 independent agencies or presidential commissions.

  • GSA SmartPay

    The GSA SmartPay Program is the largest government charge card and commercial payment solutions program in the world.

  • Federal Credentialing Services

    Enhance security, reduce identity fraud, and protect the privacy of government employees and contractors.

  • Travel and Expense

Additional terms and conditions

Traveler reimbursement is based on the location of the work activities and not the accommodations, unless lodging is not available at the work activity, then the agency may authorize the rate where lodging is obtained.

Unless otherwise specified, the per diem locality is defined as "all locations within, or entirely surrounded by, the corporate limits of the key city, including independent entities located within those boundaries."

Per diem localities with county definitions shall include"all locations within, or entirely surrounded by, the corporate limits of the key city as well as the boundaries of the listed counties, including independent entities located within the boundaries of the key city and the listed counties (unless otherwise listed separately)."

When a military installation or Government - related facility(whether or not specifically named) is located partially within more than one city or county boundary, the applicable per diem rate for the entire installation or facility is the higher of the rates which apply to the cities and / or counties, even though part(s) of such activities may be located outside the defined per diem locality.
