Supply Chain Risk Illumination Professional Tools and Services blanket purchase agreements, also known as SCRIPTS BPAs, offer:

• Secure supply chain risk illumination tools and services to identify and mitigate risks.
• A full suite of subscription-based business intelligence tools and professional analytic support to assess findings and inform risk management strategies.
• Full support service offerings for subscription access to business intelligence data analytics dashboards that run supply chain illumination risk reports.
• Identification and assessment of potential supplier risks associated with foreign ownership, control, and influence.

This effort helps agencies achieve the goals of Executive Order 13873, Securing the Information and Communications Technology and Services Supply Chain. The BPAs will improve how agencies deliver outcomes, provide excellent customer services, and save taxpayer dollars.

The conformed SCRIPTS BPAs contain the scope, technical requirements, and information regarding pricing, order types, roles and responsibilities, and applicable parts of the Federal Acquisition Regulation. State, local, tribal, and territorial governments may be eligible to use Cooperative Purchasing.

To order, you can:

• Use GSA eBuy to submit questions or issue solicitations directly to our SCRIPTS vendors. Include any socioeconomic set-asides and special delivery, asset management, or security requirements. Only authorized SCRIPTS vendors can view and respond to requests on eBuy. Product and Service Codes

The primary PSC is DA10 IT and Telecom - Business Application/Application Development Software As A Service, which represents the majority of the scope of work for the SCRIPTS BPA Program as a whole.
