Requirements

Your property must meet certain requirements to be considered for the FedRooms program.

• FEMA certified & ADA compliant.
• You must offer competitive rates at or below per diem.
• You must offer a cancellation policy of at least 4 p.m. the day of arrival, and at least 24 hours in advance for international.
• A least 2 crowns (mid range, economy property).
• No deposits and no early departure fees.
• You must offer complimentary guest room internet.
• You must book the FedRooms rate when requested via telephone.
• Comply with all other terms and conditions.

Report and Remit requirements

• 2.25% participation fee in 2025.
• Your room nights and revenue reports are due by the 20th of each month.
• Payments need to be received 30 days after receiving the invoice.
• If your hotel does not report and remit centrally, you must provide your room night and revenue monthly.
