Our annual Industry Satisfaction Survey gathers feedback from industry partners to help us improve your experience.
Thank you for your participation in our 2024 survey, which is now closed.
Read about some of the improvements we’re implementing, based on your prior survey responses.
- Streamlined compliance and product accuracy on GSA Advantage: We’re making it easier to ensure your products meet compliance standards and accurately represent the “US” country of origin. By simplifying the process to remove non-compliant items and to correct listings, we’re freeing up your time to focus on innovative and compliant product offerings.
- User-centered OASIS+ website launch for acquiring professional services: We’re introducing an intuitive and informative OASIS+ website. When completed, it will provide training videos and tools that cater to all stakeholders. This platform is designed to provide you with all the resources you need to engage with the OASIS+ contract vehicle, enhancing your experience and success.
- Multiple Award Schedule — simplified procurement process for suppliers: We’re updating critical resources such as our Vendor Support Center, MAS webpages, and the MAS Contractor Assessment Guide to make it easier for suppliers to get onto MAS and manage their contracts. These improvements aim to streamline the procurement process, saving you time and effort in maintaining compliance and achieving success on MAS.
- Enhanced supplier engagement and education: By offering regular engagement opportunities with our Quality Management Assistance team, we’re ensuring that our suppliers know about the latest in acquisition requirements and compliance. This initiative is about maintaining open lines of communication and providing continuous education to keep you ahead in the procurement process.
- Targeted training based on the IT eOffer assistance program: We’re launching targeted training inspired by insights from the eOffer assistance program pilot. This initiative is designed to refine our procurement process, ensuring we’re equipped to support our industry suppliers more effectively. Expect smoother transactions and support as we implement these learnings to benefit industry partners.
We understand that small businesses continue to face barriers with the federal procurement process and finding business opportunities. We continue to work with our Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization to provide training in navigating the procurement process, including our popular office hours.
