If you are the driver of a GSA Fleet-leased vehicle, you can access support and maintenance through the Accident Management Center (AMC) and Maintenance Control Center (MCC). These centers offer maintenance, repair, and accident management services to agencies at the best value.
If you are involved in a crash or other incident, contact the Accident Management Center (AMC) for help with reporting accidents, coordinating vehicle repairs, and initiating third party claims. The AMC also approves all glass repairs. To reach the AMC, call 866-400-0411 and select option 2.
If you need to make a maintenance purchase for your vehicle over $100, you must get pre-authorization from the Maintenance Control Center (MCC). You also need pre-authorization for all tires and batteries. To reach the MCC, call 866-400-0411 and select option 1.
If you have an unexpected breakdown on the road, call the Maintenance Control Center at 866-400-0411 and select option 1. You can receive free after-hours roadside assistance for vehicles under warranty from vehicle manufactures. If possible, use the free manufacturer roadside assistance first to avoid extra costs for your agency.
