When you purchase a vehicle from GSA and request dealer delivery, the price includes a dealer-prep fee. You are not required to pay any fees to the dealership when you pick up your vehicle. Refer to the Federal Vehicle Standards for more information on vehicle delivery. If you have a problem with the release of your vehicle from the dealership, contact us at vehicle.buying@gsa.gov or 844-472-1200.
Vehicle Pick-Up
When picking up your vehicle, bring your license plates and Certificate of Origin (COO) or Motor Vehicle Delivery Order to provide proof of ownership. Inspect the vehicle completely to ensure any options ordered are included and there is no damage to the vehicle. Compare the vehicle identification number (VIN) on your vehicle to the COO or with the order information found in GSAFleet.gov to verify that you are accepting the correct vehicle.
Delivery Damage
If your vehicle arrives damaged, immediately contact GSA Fleet at Vehicle.Claims@gsa.gov to report any suspected vehicle damage. All damage must be notated on the vehicle delivery receipt/bill of lading at the time of delivery. GSA Fleet will guide you through the claims process. Claims must be submitted to Vehicle.Claims@gsa.gov within 3 business days following the date on which the damaged vehicle was received.
