SCLS wage determinations applicable to MAS contracts

These Service Contract Labor Standards (formerly the Service Contract Act) wage determinations apply to some nonprofessional services provided under the Multiple Award Schedule, excluding pricing offered for services outside of the United States. The Multiple Award Schedule updates wage determinations once a year.

MAS contractors must comply with the base rate and fringe benefit rate requirements of the prevailing SCLS wage determinations revision number currently incorporated into the GSA MAS contract. MAS contracts must incorporate these wage determinations by reference. In response to an RFQ, contractors must identify in their quote any labor categories which may be subject to the SCLS. The MAS contractor’s authorized schedule price list available through GSA eLibrary includes an SCLS matrix.
