What we do and who we are

We bring together federal agency customers, industry contractors, and our agency to communicate, educate, and collaborate on continuous improvement of processes, policies, and service. If you are within the furniture and furnishings industry, feel free to communicate with the QPC board members who represent you and attend QPC meetings, industry days, and educational webinars.

Quarterly meeting information

The QPC Board meets quarterly throughout the year. If you would like the board to discuss a certain topic or idea and or have any questions about the meeting, please email one of the Industry Board Members or GSA Board Members. Be sure to include QPC Board Meeting Topic in your email and the Board will bring your topics/questions up at the next meeting. The meeting minutes will be posted shortly after each QPC Board Meeting.

Industry board members

• The following QPC board members represent our furniture and furnishing schedules.
• QPC industry board members remain in their positions for four years.
• At the end of each calendar year, we review each industry member’s performance to ensure contributions remain consistent with the QPC charter. If contributions are lacking, we will suggest improvements. If any industry board member can no longer serve, they can relinquish their position.
• Vacant positions can remain open until an upcoming election or we replace them by appointing a candidate from the most recent election.

These GSA board members partner with industry to engage internal and external stakeholders. They help with:

• Resolving problems
• Making improvements
• Planning educational webinars
• Incorporating voice of the customer
